My name is David and I am from Sydney, Australia. I am a teacher and a writer. I love what I do and I love the people I get to do it with. That’s what spurs me on – people, and God.
There’s a saying I’ve heard pertaining to the message of the gospel, that people will attract people to the gospel message and that Jesus will keep them there, wherever it is that people find themselves in the loving embrace of Jesus. I believe that with all my heart, and so I try to build my life around people, meeting them, encouraging them, growing with them. It’s what I aim to do every day as a teacher and it’s what I try to do in everything I write.
This website is a melding of a lot of hard work, thoughts, prayers and hopes. I’ve spent a lot of time pondering what Paul says in Romans 12:1-2 about renewing our minds and about the transformation that is possible if we really focus on what we’re thinking, if we genuinely consider what we’re letting into our minds, what we meditate on each day, and what the outflow of that is. I’ve designed the website around the premise that by reading the true word of God, prose that is beautiful and edifying, that just maybe I can help you in this process of renewal and transformation.
If I am able to do that it is my honour and privilege.
David has the special gift of instilling his passion into young people. It is often said that the best teachers are those who teach both from the heart and with the heart; David does just that.Daniel McInerney
